Memorial victim record SAM-1995-V067 · Samashki, 7–8 April 1995

Original name: Расуев Маду · Birth year: 1929 · Recorded death date: 8 April 1995 · Place: Shelter on Sharipova Street, Samashki · Appendix 3 entry: 67

What Memorial documented

Memorial recorded that Madu Rasuev died inside a residential building used as a shelter which was set on fire on 8 April. The investigation placed the incident on Sharipova Street and linked it to the deaths of Yuki Gaytukaeva and Kesirt Rasueva. Neighbours and fellow villagers supplied the testimony.

Limits of the evidence

The original appendix writes ‘burned (alive?)’, retaining uncertainty about whether Rasuev was alive when the fire reached him. No kinship with the other named victims is established merely by surname.

This page is a concise, source-attributed memorial record. It is not an independent criminal verdict or proof of an identified soldier’s personal guilt. Romanization is editorial; original Cyrillic and the source’s stated uncertainties are retained.
