Original Cyrillic name: Хархароев Хамзат Газатович (Сугаипов) · Born: 1944 · Recorded death: 7 April 1995 · Place: Courtyard on Vygonnaya Street, Samashki · Memorial Appendix 3 no.: 85

Documented circumstances

Khamzat Kharkharoev was recorded by Memorial as having died on 7 April 1995. His burned body was discovered with the remains of Akhmed Kharkharoev, Emin Nadyrov and Ali Sugaipov in Sugaipov’s courtyard. The register preserves Sugaipov as an alternative surname and cites testimony from family and local witnesses.

What the evidence does not establish

Burned remains were documented, but the precise manner of death and any kinship with other people in the same courtyard remain matters for careful source verification.

This is a source-based memorial record, not a judicial verdict. References to Russian military involvement summarise Memorial’s documented witness evidence. The transliteration is editorial and all explicit uncertainties are retained.

Related documented victims — Sugaipov courtyard: Emin Nadyrov · Ali Sugaipov · Akhmed Kharkharoev. The bodies were found together; precise causes of death and any relationships between the individuals are not assumed.
