MEMORY

Remember to Never Forget

The Memory page was created with a clear purpose: to preserve the memory of the victims, document the crimes, and identify the criminals who have marked Chechnya’s recent history. It is a public and living archive, open to contributions from anyone who wishes to support truth, justice, and the historical memory of the Chechen people.

Memory is divided into three sections:

This section collects the names, stories, and circumstances of death of Chechen citizens who fell in battle or were killed during the Russian occupation. Every life taken is a wound on humanity’s conscience. Every name is a symbol of resistance and dignity. Anyone can report a new martyr by writing to libertaomortechri@gmail.com, even anonymously.

Here, crimes committed in Chechnya from 1994 to the present day are documented: massacres, deportations, torture, forced disappearances, rape, looting, indiscriminate bombings, and all other violations of human rights. Reports, sources, testimonies, or documents can be sent to libertaomortechri@gmail.com. Anonymous submissions are welcome.

This section lists those responsible for war crimes in Chechnya: politicians, soldiers, mercenaries, and collaborators. Naming them is an act of justice. It is a way to ensure that their crimes are not erased by oblivion. Reports of names, events, roles, and responsibilities can be sent via libertaomortechri@gmail.com.
