Historical summary
The President abolishes the Capital Investment and Capital Construction Directorate of the Cabinet of Ministers, which had formed part of the Cabinet’s structure until 18 April 1993. Its financial and material assets are to be transferred to the republic’s Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Road Maintenance.
