Historical description
The decree abolishes the department for assigning and paying pensions and benefits within the Pension Fund and creates a corresponding administration under the State Social Protection Department. It orders transfer of financial resources and staff, establishes a Social Protection Fund, instructs the National Bank to open an account and assigns oversight of the Pension Fund’s activities to the State Social Protection Department.
