Historical description
The decree establishes a temporary committee attached to the President to inventory state property, appoints Lecha Batalov as its chair, approves a roster of 23 committee members (Annex 1), and sets out the committee’s functions and powers (Annex 2). It requires an inventory within two months and submission of results to the Cabinet of Ministers by 10 August 1993.

Editorial and verification notes
Both annexes are included in the three-page PDF. Annex 2 cites Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 98 of 15 April 1992 on preparation of state property for privatisation: that citation is a separate archival lead whose text has not been verified in this record. The decree does not prove the inventory was completed.
