Historical description
The decree declares the 17 July 1987 joint resolution of the CPSU Central Committee and the USSR Council of Ministers, No. 821, concerning banking arrangements and economic effectiveness, inapplicable in the territory of the Chechen Republic. It enters into force on signature.
