Summary of the published text

The measure reorganizes the Chechen Republic Ministry of Security and the Investigation Committee into departments for public order, criminal police, transport police, customs, penal institutions, fire protection and railway police. It names departmental chiefs and establishes the public-order department as legal successor of the Security Ministry.
