Historical description
For the rational use of premises of former military town No. 1 at 1 Pobedy Avenue in Grozny, this directive cancels paragraph 4 of Order No. 1 of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief dated 8 August 1992 and directs the transfer of the building to the Fund for Support of the Independence of the Chechen Republic.
